In the second quarter of 2025, the top navigation and maps applications on Android in France demonstrated varying performance in terms of downloads and active user engagement, as gathered by Sensor Tower.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic maintained a strong presence with weekly downloads peaking at approximately 50K towards the end of June. The app's weekly active users also showed a robust engagement, starting at around 8.1M and climbing to over 9.3M by the end of the quarter.

Polarsteps Travel exhibited a stable download trend, with a notable increase reaching approximately 27K in the last week of June. Active users fluctuated throughout the quarter, peaking at around 313K in mid-April before settling back to about 290K by the end of June.
